MatchSelect™ technology, a key feature of DonorScape®, lets you choose which match quality you want to use to view your records. Depending on the amount of information entered for a prospect search, or how common the name, when your search is conducted across each data source the match quality will be categorized as Exact, Near, Possible, or Simple (e.g. searching for John Smith in Illinois will return a lot of Simple matches). You decide which matches to view and use in reports and capacity estimates, from Exact matches only to a combination of levels, and the database expands and contracts accordingly.
